Always available for a chat or to check any questions off, Paul has worked with me in building a full training plan around a busy work life and after just 3 months I've already surpassed some of the goals set for the year with a WC qualification spot in my first race under his coaching (setting PB's in the swim, bike and run). I'm so excited for next season now. People looking at downloadable 'one size fits all' plans online because they're cheaper - I've been there and you get exactly what you pay for! Your coach will include group sessions into your programs as social interaction, which is incredibly important to achieving your goals.
We have helped nurses, midwives, firemen and many other shift workers reach their peak. Your coach will work around your availability to create a training program specific that works not only for your body, but for your lifestyle.
You don’t need to buy any specific equipment. Your coach will work with the equipment you have available.
Many F4L athletes have been with the organisation for years.
The coach/athlete relationship takes time to develop and takes a commitment from both to succeed.
Your coach will work with you to either manage the injury, following the advice of any medical experts.
If you cannot run, a focus on cycling & swimming may be best for example.
Your coach will use Training Peaks to inform you of your training sessions which have been set.
A Premium account is included in the monthly IRONMAN Performance Coaching Package.
Your coach will work with you to identify which races you should target. Whether it is your first sprint Triathlon or first-time stepping up to an Olympic distance event, we'll find what you need.
