Experience and qualifications

has some experience competing in Triathlon -
holds a valid Triathlon Coaching qualification (BTF Level 2 (dip) or international equivalent) -
minimum, 1-year experience coaching triathletes -
is a lateral thinker -
thrives working with a small team, athletes or individuals
