How long have you been in Triathlon: Started Triathlon around 3 years ago

What is your back ground: Come from mainly swimming, the 100m backstroke was my jam, Then rugby in there for a few years too,

Greatest achievement outside Triathlon: The pizza oven I built or the canny ability to cook ribs

Why do you do Triathlon: Enjoy the challenge that it presents in training and competing, keeps me fit also  gives me an excuse to eat as many ribs as I want

What attracted you to F4L: I was training by myself for the first 2+ years.  I was inspired after speaking to Paul and listening to him describe his way of coaching.  Paul is always looking to get the best out of you and break any bad habits that you have developed... He also has an uncanny habit of remembering any 90s cartoon theme song!

What are your targets: Start competing longer distance, move up to the 70.3,  New York marathon is my ultimate goal event
