Aisling is a new athlete to F4L Triathlon Coaching. A busy midwife, and mum of 3, who is looking to maximise her time available and be the best she can be. This is her story:
Why do you do Triathlon?
I run because I always did, as a kid, as a fat adult as a skinny adult ,but stopped when I had kids because of trauma of delivery but started again last year and just most of the time love to run….especially away from the house!
What is your sporting background?
Sports….horse riding and jumping as teen ,bit of basketball in school…
What are your targets?
Get faster! Don’t break! Enjoy the nights out post race!
