Emanuel is a keen Triathlete looking to have a great race in IRONMAN Hamburg later this spring, before heading out to IRONMAN California at the end of October.

Why do you do Triathlon:
I associate triathlon with the desire to make the impossible possible. Triathlon allows me to train at a high level in a balanced way across several disciplines. It allows me to create an ideal balance in addition to my strict daily work routine.
What is your sporting back ground:
As a teenager I played football and then came to triathlon via running. I have enjoyed exercising ever since I could walk.
What attracted you to F4L Triathlon Coaching:
The personal and professional way Paul wants to get the most out of the athlete and to exploit their full potential.
What are your targets:
My goal is to be better today than I was yesterday. Overridingly, I want to be satisfied with myself and my environment. And if everything goes right, even to qualify for Kona one day 😉
