Why do you do Triathlon: It was a much needed life style change, It was purely by accident that I got into triathlons, I was attempting to get into shape and loose some weight, there was a local sprint event which I thought would be great fun to do and didn't think a sprint would be much of a challenge!
I was massively mistaken "I was truly pathetic" this led to me wanting to do another and improve.
That was 5 yrs ago and with me looking for continued improvement in every race I cannot and do not want to see an end to the triathlon journey.
What is your sporting back ground: I have Zero sporting back ground I wasn't into sports at school and had no ambition to get into sports when I was younger.
What attracted you to F4L: The Fact that you had worked with other Fly in Fly out athletes and would understand the balance needed between Triathlons Family and work commitments.
What are your targets: The ultimate goal is like many other triathletes and that is to race in the IRONMAN World Championships at Kona.
