Triathlon training is a balance. Not just between swimming, cycling and running but everything else as well: nutrition, conditioning, family, work, time… life!
See it is not just Master Yoda who encourages balance.
Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of athletes (men, women, juniors, age-groupers). My coaching philosophy is an amalgamation of my experiences of being coached as well as my own triathlon career.
So let me talk to you about Balance!

Consistent, Sustainable and Balanced Training
"A dream becomes a goal when action is taken toward its achievement." (Bo Bennett)
At F4L Triathlon Coaching every athlete is an individual and everyone must do what’s right for them. Every plan I put together, every program I write, every session I deliver is for the athletes I coach. It can be tweaked, altered and re-written for each athlete.
Return of the Triathlon Jedi
My firm belief is there is no point working with a coach, if you are not going to follow what that coach has set. Every session is part of a plan. A plan, you as an athlete, have worked out and agreed in advance with that coach.
It’s your plan... best stick to it!
