Welcome to the F4L Triathlon Coaching Team
Membership is open to any level of athlete from the age of 18. We are an online club, which also has a base in Morpeth, Northumberland and membership is open to all abilities. The club is affiliated to British Triathlon and IRONMAN.
F4L Triathlon Coaching Team members compete in IRONMAN and Triathlon (all levels).
Membership:
£30 a year. Join now for the 2024 Season, first renewal would be 1st April 2025.
The club membership year runs from April 1st - March 31st the following year, to fall in line with the British Triathlon membership year. Members joining midway through the membership year will need to renew their memberships at the next April renewal date. Athletes on existing bespoke Training Programs are entitled to FREE F4L Triathlon Coaching Team Membership each year.

Coached Sessions:
Triathlon / Masters Swim Sessions – Saturdays 5:00-6:00pm & Tuesdays 6:00-7:00am – Morpeth Leisure Centre, Morpeth, Northumberland.
- Swim Sessions are £30 per month.
- Swim session members must join Swim England (renewable annually in February each year) £19.99 and Morpeth Amateur Swimming Club (included in the monthly fee).
