  EXPERTISE

Your F4L Triathlon Coach has 15 years coaching experience with a track record of successful athlete performances. Be it qualification to IRONMAN Hawaii, athletes who represent their country at the ITU World Age Group Championships or simply personal bests. Coach Paul is a British Triathlon Level 3 Coach. Your coach is an IRONMAN Certified Coach and is now a Triathlon Australia Performance Coach.
