Complete Novice?

Do not be put off - come and join in these casual sessions.  The coaches will spend time working on technique as well as working you hard with these energetic sessions.  Sessions are adapted to suit the athlete's levels of ability (all we ask is that you can swim a minimum of 200m Freestyle without stopping).

These sessions are open to all Triathletes, it doesn't matter which club you belong to.

F4L Triathlon Coaching's Head Coach, Paul ensures a friendly relaxed environment to help get the best out of athletes.  There are many opportunities to mingle with other like-minded athletes at coffee after training or through our regular F4L Team get-togethers.

A number of athletes are on formal individual training programs with F4L Triathlon Coaching. These programs are developed following an initial screening where our coaches find out important information about the athlete, such as time available to train, current ability & past performances and future goals. From there, an initial program is set and developed.  They can include some of your existing squad & club sessions.  We write programs for all distances of Triathlon from Sprint through to Ironman and for all athletic abilities.
