Using Positivity to Improve your Triathlon Performance
“When your brain is positive, it performs significantly better than when it is negative, neutral or stressed.” I won't claim to have all the answers... however, this workshop will help you work through various Triathlon related scenarios which can ruin your performance on race day.
Travelling for Triathlon - Useful tips when travelling to races or camps
Travelling as a triathlete isn't always simple, it can be very stressful. Triathlon requires a lot of kit so pack with thought and care.
Workshops are all being hosted at Concordia Leisure Centre, Cramlington. Workshops run from 19:45 to 21:15. Spaces are limited so booking is essential.
